Cardi B is demanding millions from Tasha K after the blogger allegedly broke their settlement terms. The rapper reportedly took her back to court over new comments made online. Tasha had agreed to stop speaking about Cardi and her family as part of her bankruptcy plan. Cardi says that promise was violated when Tasha discussed Offset’s recent shooting.
Cardi’s attorney accused Tasha of intentionally provoking her with thinly veiled posts. They say she deletes the content only after being called out, then posts more. The pattern, according to Cardi’s team, has gone on for months. They argue it shows deliberate harassment.
Tasha K previously owed Cardi $4 million after losing a defamation case. The amount was reduced to $1.2 million under a bankruptcy agreement with strict conditions. Cardi’s lawyers now claim Tasha violated those terms at least 25 times. They’re asking the court to reinstate the full $3.9 million judgment plus additional fees.
